Component Description

The pump consists of a piston-type pneumatic motor and two hydraulic
piston pumps with separate high-pressure circuits for resin component
injection, equipped with check valves and shut-off valves.

Operating Principle

The DP-40 pneumatic two-component piston pump is designed for the
separate delivery of polymer resin components through hoses in a 1:1
ratio, mixing the components in a mixer, and subsequently injecting the
mixture into the rock mass or voids at a working pressure of 60–90 bar.
