



Bevedol – Bevedan R S is a fast-reacting, two-component polyurethane injection resin, free from CFCs and halogens.
Application Area
► Rehabilitation of water-bearing underground structures
► Sealing and stabilizing water-bearing zones with high water inflow, especially under high pressure, in dams, parking facilities, metro tunnels, collectors, and basements
► Stabilization of highly loose, dry, and slightly moist rock masses
► Strengthening of roof rock in longwall and development workings
► Stabilization of unstable and fractured rock formations
► Grouting of rock masses to reduce gas and water permeability
► Rock bolting with reinforcement of the surrounding rock mass
► For use in cracks with an opening width of more than 0.15 mm
Component Description
Bevedol R C, Component A – a mixture of various polyether polyols and additives;
Bevedan R, Component B – a modified polyisocyanate based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI).
Key Advantages
► Due to its foaming reaction, the polymer composition penetrates even small cracks under pressure, providing a high degree of rock reinforcement as well as gas and water sealing.
► Excellent adhesion to all types of surfaces.
Operating Principle
Using a pump, the two resin components are supplied separately through hoses, mixed in a mixer, and then injected into the rock mass through an anchoring system and a sealing device at a pressure of 80–90 bar.
The polymer mixture reacts with an increase in volume. The foamed composition penetrates even small cracks in the rock mass under pressure. As a result, a reinforced zone is formed within the rock mass, bonded and stabilized by the elastic foamed composition.

Bevedol R C, Component A – 30 kg plastic canister;
Bevedan R, Component B – 35 kg plastic canister.
Storage
At least 12 months when stored at a temperature of 10–30°C. The materials may be transported at temperatures as low as −40°C, provided they are subsequently stored under warm conditions.
Recommendations
The resin components must be preheated for at least 24 hours before use at a temperature of no less than +20°C. Local overheating of the canister walls must be avoided.
